Privacy notice

Last updated 28 July 2026. This notice covers the EavePilot marketing site and private product demonstration. Contractor customer journeys may provide an additional notice naming that contractor.

Who controls the information

For a contractor-branded quote journey, the named contractor generally decides why customer enquiry information is collected. EavePilot operates the platform on that contractor’s instructions, subject to the signed agreement. EavePilot is separately responsible for its own account, billing, security and service-administration data.

Information the service may process

Contact details, selected address, property and service answers, indicative estimate inputs and output, consent record, campaign source, device/security logs and delivery history. Live property evidence depends on the provider selected for the tenant and country.

Why it is used

To create and deliver a requested estimate, route the enquiry to the chosen contractor, protect the service, provide support, maintain an audit history and meet legal obligations. Marketing is not inferred from a quote request; it requires its own lawful route.

Demo access and marketing

A private-demo access token expires after seven days. The associated business contact record is marked expired at that point and removed during routine service cleanup, unless a security or legal record must be retained for longer. Product marketing is optional and recorded separately from the request to access the demo.

Retention and sharing

Contractor customer records follow the retention period in that contractor’s agreement. Information is shared only with the relevant contractor, configured delivery providers and the infrastructure providers needed to operate the service. You can request earlier deletion of demo-access information at any time.
