Last updated 28 July 2026. These website and demonstration terms apply alongside any signed SaaS, data-processing, provider or pilot agreement.

Guide estimates

EavePilot presents indicative ranges or review outcomes using the contractor’s configured rules and available evidence. An output is not a measured roof survey, structural assessment, access plan, binding quotation or safety approval. The contractor confirms scope and final price before work.

Property evidence

Imagery, addresses, measurements and related evidence may come from licensed third-party providers. Availability, age, resolution and confidence vary by location. The platform must not be used to misrepresent approximate evidence as exact.

Business configuration

Each contractor remains responsible for its prices, taxes, service area, customer wording, insurance, legal terms, safe systems of work, staffing and fulfilment. EavePilot records price-book versions and calculation inputs to make results explainable.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to submit false enquiries, probe personal data, overload providers, bypass usage controls, copy restricted map content or present low-confidence information as verified fact.

Plans and availability

Published subscription prices cover the software plan shown. Paid property-data usage, messaging, payment processing and other third-party services may be subject to stated allowances or a separate order. Features and geographic coverage depend on the providers available for each country.
